Placing an Order

We retain the right to decline or cancel any order for various reasons, such as unexpected stock limitations, unforeseen pricing inaccuracies, or concerns regarding potential misuse of our services.
Payment Processing
Your transactions are handled securely through Shopify's integrated payment system. This means your full payment card details are not stored by us. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Delivery Information
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, you can expect delivery within approximately 6 to 10 business days. Please note that these are estimated transit times, and occasional delays beyond our direct control can occur. Ownership and the risk of loss for your order pass to you once the items are delivered to the address you've provided.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
If you change your mind, you may cancel an order, but only before it has been dispatched. Should you wish to return an item for any reason, you have a 30-day window starting from the day you receive your order. We ask that items be returned in their original, unworn condition. You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
