Delivery Information

We strive to meet these estimates, but please understand that delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our direct control.

Cancellations and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order, but this must be done before your items have been dispatched. If you wish to return an item after delivery, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that returned items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at help@hauterive.co.uk. You will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
