These Terms of Sale govern any contract for the sale of products by HauteRive (this being a trading name of Quoship LLC, Company Number: #2026-001937733) to you. By placing an order on hauterive.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

We operate as a trading name of Quoship LLC, established at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, US. Should you need to reach us, our customer support email is help@hauterive.co.uk. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products. We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. Please note that this acknowledgement is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted only when we confirm the dispatch of the products to you. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or erroneous pricing. If we cancel your order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund.

Pricing, VAT, and Other Costs

All prices displayed on hauterive.co.uk are in GBP (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. These prices reflect the final cost you will pay for the products themselves. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly communicated to you before you complete your purchase at checkout. We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate, but errors can occasionally occur.

Payment

We use Shopify's secure payment gateway to process all transactions. This means your payment details are handled safely and efficiently. HauteRive does not store your full credit or debit card information. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are yours and that you are authorised to use them.

Delivery within the United Kingdom

We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch items within 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). You can expect delivery typically between 6 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Please be aware that these timeframes are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary. Ownership and the risk of loss for the products will pass to you upon delivery to the address you have provided.

Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please initiate a return by contacting help@hauterive.co.uk. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, and they must be sent back via mail. All returned products must be in their original, unworn, and unamended condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, within 7 business days of receipt, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
