Delivery Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. For the moment, we are unable to process orders or arrange delivery to locations outside of the UK. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Processing
Each order is prepared with meticulous care. Our team typically processes orders within 1 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in the UK. Please note that any order placed after 5:00 PM GMT will commence processing on the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, you can anticipate delivery within approximately 6 to 10 business days. Delivery is scheduled for weekdays, Monday to Friday, again, excluding UK bank holidays. These timelines are estimates, and actual delivery may vary slightly due to external factors such as carrier schedules or local conditions.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders destined for the United Kingdom. There is no minimum purchase value required to qualify for this service. You will see the total cost of your order, including any applicable taxes, clearly displayed before you finalise your purchase at checkout. There are no hidden shipping fees.
Tracking Your Order
We want you to feel connected to your order from the moment it leaves us. For this reason, every shipment includes tracking. You will receive important updates via email, including an order confirmation upon placement, a dispatch notification with your unique tracking number and a link to follow its journey, and further delivery notifications as provided by the carrier.
Addressing Delivery Issues
Should you encounter any discrepancies upon receiving your order – perhaps an item is missing, incorrect, or has sustained damage during transit – please get in touch with our customer care team within 48 hours of the delivery date. To assist us in arranging a swift resolution, kindly provide a photograph of the parcel and the item(s) in question. We will then arrange for either a complimentary re-sending of the correct or undamaged item, a partial or full refund.
