Eligibility

To purchase from HauteRive you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Our Products and Pricing

HauteRive offers timeless, exceptionally made fashion designed for enduring appeal. All product descriptions, images and pricing are presented in good faith. We reserve the right to amend descriptions, prices and stock availability at any time.

Prices are shown in your local currency based on your delivery country — GBP, USD, CAD or AUD. Shipping is free on every order, and all duties, import taxes and applicable sales taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The full cost is presented to you before you finalise your order.

Placing an Order

When you proceed to checkout you are making an offer to purchase. A contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch your items. We retain the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons such as stock limitations, pricing inaccuracies, or concerns regarding misuse of our services.

Payment Processing

Transactions are handled securely through Shopify’s integrated payment system. Your full payment card details are not stored by us. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia. Handling and delivery timeframes for your destination are set out in our Shipping policy and confirmed at checkout. Ownership and the risk of loss pass to you once the items are delivered to the address you provide.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

You may cancel an order at no cost before it is dispatched. After delivery, you have 30 days from receipt to return eligible items in their original unworn condition. Return postage is paid by the customer, except for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, which we cover in full. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Your Responsibilities

Please provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or contacting us, and use the HauteRive website respectfully — refraining from any activity that could disrupt its operation, compromise its security, or attempt unauthorised access.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the HauteRive name, logos, text, graphics, images and software, is the property of Quoship LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Our online store is powered by Shopify. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services or platforms linked to or integrated with our website.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or the purchase of our items.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
