Ordering and Contract Formation

When you select an item and proceed to checkout, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is formally accepted, and a contract of sale formed, once we confirm dispatch of your items. We may decline or cancel an order in certain circumstances — for example if an item becomes unavailable or there is a pricing error — and we will notify you promptly and refund you in full if this happens.

Pricing, Taxes and Shipping Costs

Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your delivery country: GBP in the United Kingdom, USD in the United States, CAD in Canada, and AUD in Australia.

Shipping is free on all orders to every country we serve. All duties, import taxes and applicable sales taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The total shown at checkout before you confirm your order is the total you pay — there are no further charges on delivery, and no hidden fees.

Payment Security

We use Shopify’s secure payment gateway to process all transactions, in compliance with industry standards. HauteRive does not store your full payment card information.

Delivery Information

We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia. Orders are processed within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days. These are estimates and delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control. Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before dispatch. After delivery, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, in their original unworn condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at help@hauterive.co.uk and we will provide the return address. Return postage is paid by the customer, except where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it in full. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Full details are set out in our Refund policy.
